Travel Agency Staff - Day & Night Shifts-Giga Mall

Ticketistan is looking for dedicated and professional staff to join our team at our Giga Mall office in Islamabad. We have multiple positions available for motivated individuals.

Open Positions:

• Visa Consultant (Day Shift): We need a detail-oriented individual to handle visa file preparation, client consultation, and visa application support.
• Customer Support & Sales (Day & Night Shifts): We're hiring for both shifts. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with travel inquiries, and helping clients book their trips.
• Ticketing Expert (Day & Night Shifts): We need experienced professionals for both day and night shifts to handle airline ticketing, reservations, and issuance.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in a travel agency is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: To be decided based on experience and performance during the interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs1.00 per month
