Travel Agent Required (Umrah campaign)

Job Overview

We are hiring an Umrah Sales Agent for our travel agency. This role focuses on assisting clients with Umrah-related services, handling inquiries, explaining packages, and closing sales. The position requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a basic understanding of Umrah procedures and airline ticketing. Key Responsibilities

• Handle Umrah sales inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients.
• Explain Umrah packages, inclusions, pricing, and travel details clearly to customers.
• Assist clients with visa requirements, documentation, and travel formalities.
• Manage airline ticket bookings, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
• Provide complete customer support before and after booking.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking execution.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in Umrah or Hajj sales is preferred.
• Fresh candidates & Umrah knowledge and strong communication skills are welcome.
• Background in travel agency operations is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of airline ticketing rules and fare structures.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work UK-based timings.
• Target-driven, responsible, and professional attitude.

• Salary: PKR 45,000 – 60,000 (based on experience)
