Position Overview:

Join King Travel as a Hajj & Umrah Booking Specialist, where you'll be instrumental in expanding our customer base for Hajj, Umrah, and Islamic tours. We're seeking a dedicated individual with 2+ years of experience in pilgrimage travel logistics and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop client relationships, offering personalized service for Hajj, Umrah, and Islamic tours.
• Address client concerns promptly, determining suitable solutions and refund eligibility.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Stay informed about competitors' pricing and policies to enhance our offerings.
• Arrange hotel bookings, transportation, and air tickets worldwide.
• Create and refine Hajj and Umrah packages, incorporating feedback and trends.
• Manage end-to-end travel logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Provide informed recommendations on global travel destinations and flights Qualifications:
• 2+ years of similar experience, preferably in Hajj and Umrah bookings.
• English proficiency is required; Arabic fluency is preferred.
• Sabre and Apollo/Galileo operation experience.
• Knowledge of airline ticketing rules & regulations.
• Knowledge of airline fare structures.
• Experience in issuing, reissuing and refunding tickets is a must.
• This is a Full-Time position working night shift from an office in Siddiq Centre, Main Blvd., Gulberg, Lahore. Good Salary.
• Remuneration will be based on experience and expertise
