Travel Consultant

Trinity International is a fast-growing organization specializing in international education and travel services. We provide customized study abroad solutions, visa assistance, and expertly designed travel packages. We're seeking a dynamic Travel Consultant to join our team and help plan and manage domestic and international tour packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and book customized travel itineraries for individuals and groups.
• Manage end-to-end tour package operations including flights, hotels, visas, insurance, and local activities.
• Coordinate with travel partners, suppliers, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Understand client needs and offer travel solutions aligned with their budget and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.
• Stay updated on global travel guidelines, visa rules, and seasonal offers.
• Upsell additional travel services (insurance, tours, upgrades, etc.).

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role.
• Familiarity with planning international student or group tours preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
