Job Description

Efficient Tourism LLC is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, create customized travel itineraries, and provide exceptional service to ensure memorable travel experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide information on travel products and services
• Create and sell customized travel packages (flights, hotels, tours, activities)
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel itineraries
• Advise clients on visa requirements, travel insurance, and destination information
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
• Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GDS/Amadeus/booking systems (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Ability to handle multiple client requests with accuracy and efficiency
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
