Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel regulations, and local attractions to enhance the client experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure the best options for clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and new destinations to provide informed recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process or while the customer is traveling.
• Utilize sales techniques to promote travel packages and upsell additional services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of travel planning processes and familiarity with various destinations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using booking software and online travel resources.
• A passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable experiences.
• 2+ years of experience
• language known:English, Hindi (mandatory)
