Role Definition
The Vacation Consultant is responsible for understanding client travel preferences, designing customized holiday experiences, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings. This role involves advising clients, curating suitable itineraries, preparing quotations, and ensuring a smooth handover to the operations team after the booking is confirmed.

Tasks & Activities

  • Lead Handling – Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, email, or CRM. Qualify and categorize leads.
  • Travel Planning – Ask relevant questions to understand client preferences. Research and suggest destinations & packages.
  • Itinerary Preparation – Draft detailed itineraries in line with budget & preferences. Share with client and adjust based on feedback.
  • Quotation & Negotiation – Share customized quotes. Handle objections and offer options.
  • Booking Confirmation – Collect advance payment. Send booking form and hand over to operations.
  • CRM Updates – Log all activities, calls, and follow-ups in CRM. Track lead stage and reminders.
  • On-trip Support – Be available during trip window for any kind of assistance. Handle escalations with vendor if required. Coordinate with Operations Staff.
  • Post-Trip Follow-up – Collect client feedback. Ask for any referrals.
  • Knowledge Enhancement – Attend DMC trainings. Explore supplier portals and destination trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
