Travel Consultant

Rayna Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team in Balewadi, Pune. This opportunity is ideal for fresher’s or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or customer service. You will assist clients with their travel plans, offer suitable options, and ensure a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients to understand their travel needs and suggest suitable options (flights, hotels, packages, tours, etc.).
• Prepare and share customized itineraries as per client requirements.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, visas, and travel regulations.
• Handle bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and queries.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Customer Service (fresher’s welcome).
• Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
• Passion for the travel industry and eagerness to learn.
• Customer-centric with problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
