As a Travel Consultant at IIQAF, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting travel projects, including booking flights, accommodations, and activities for clients. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel advice.
• Research destinations, travel routes, and local attractions to create personalized travel itineraries.
• Ensure all travel documents and requirements are in order for clients, such as visas and travel insurance.
• Collaborate with travel partners and vendors to negotiate rates and secure bookings for clients.
• Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance service quality.
• Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance the overall travel experience for clients.
