Key Responsibilities:
- Actively sell domestic and international Tour packages, Flights Tickets, Hotels and other travel services.
- Understand client needs and provide customized travel solutions and itineraries.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins and follow up on leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, destinations, airline policies, and visa requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, tour operators, and service providers for smooth bookings and client satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer data in CRM systems.
- Participate in marketing activities such as travel expos, promotions, and online campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in travel sales or a related customer-facing sales role (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and booking platforms (e.g., GDS like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
- Valid Driving license – mandatory for client visits and meetings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and Hindi / additional language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during peak seasons.
- A degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
