Sales Executive

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively sell domestic and international Tour packages, Flights Tickets, Hotels and other travel services.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized travel solutions and itineraries.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins and follow up on leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, destinations, airline policies, and visa requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, tour operators, and service providers for smooth bookings and client satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high service standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer data in CRM systems.
  • Participate in marketing activities such as travel expos, promotions, and online campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in travel sales or a related customer-facing sales role (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and booking platforms (e.g., GDS like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
  • Valid Driving license – mandatory for client visits and meetings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi / additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during peak seasons.
  • A degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Required)
