Role Overview
As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and booking customized travel services for both domestic and international clients. As part of our Advanced Travel & Tourism team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment focused on providing seamless end-to-end travel experiences. Your expertise will ensure every detail from flights and accommodation to visa processing and bespoke itineraries is managed with care and professionalism. A strong command of travel booking systems, customer service excellence, and up-to-date industry knowledge are vital for success in this role.
Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements.

Organize comprehensive travel packages including flights, hotels, transportation, activities, and visas.

Book tickets, manage reservations, and process payments through booking software platforms.

Customize travel itineraries to suit individual client needs and preferences.

Stay current on travel trends, visa regulations, pricing, weather, and destination insights.

Provide prompt support to clients before, during, and after travel to ensure satisfaction.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets via upselling and cross-selling of travel services.

Maintain travel documentation, update sales reports, and manage client databases.

Foster relationships with service providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

Assist the marketing team in creating and distributing travel promotions and flyers.
Must Have Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant (corporate and/or leisure).

Proficiency in travel booking systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or equivalent.

In-depth knowledge of UAE and international visa processing requirements.

Strong working knowledge of MS Office and basic operating systems.

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Outstanding customer service, sales, and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
Nice To Have Requirements

IATA, UFTAA, or other recognized travel industry certifications.

Familiarity with specialized travel industry software or financial tools for travel accounting.
