Training:

• 1 month of GDS (Global Distribution System) and on-the-job training to ensure you are fully equipped to handle client inquiries and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from clients and assess their travel preferences and needs to successfully convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.
Provide post-booking assistance and ensure a seamless travel experience.
Deliver outstanding customer service through attentive listening and clear, empathetic communication.
Ensure accurate processing of bookings in Sabre and Amadeus while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction (you will be trained for the same).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong active listening skills to understand and address client needs.
• Persuasive abilities to guide clients in making informed travel decisions.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage, but not required(confident freshers are welcome)

• Ability to commute easily to Newtown, Kolkata, especially for Australian shift timings (typically starting early morning 5 am to afternoon IST)
