Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers to promote domestic and international travel packages.
  • Make outbound calls and follow up on leads to generate new business.
  • Convert leads into sales by providing accurate information and personalized travel solutions.
  • Update and manage all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with Travel Consultants for details on tour packages, pricing, and itineraries.
  • Handle leads from online marketplaces and ensure timely processing.
  • Achieve and exceed daily call, lead conversion, and sales targets.
  • Stay updated on travel products, promotions, and destinations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. (BBA or Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred)
  • Experience: 0–4 years in Travel Sales, Student Counselling, EdTech, or Automobile Sales (preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills (Hindi preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Kochi
