Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers to promote domestic and international travel packages.
- Make outbound calls and follow up on leads to generate new business.
- Convert leads into sales by providing accurate information and personalized travel solutions.
- Update and manage all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Travel Consultants for details on tour packages, pricing, and itineraries.
- Handle leads from online marketplaces and ensure timely processing.
- Achieve and exceed daily call, lead conversion, and sales targets.
- Stay updated on travel products, promotions, and destinations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. (BBA or Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred)
- Experience: 0–4 years in Travel Sales, Student Counselling, EdTech, or Automobile Sales (preferred).
- Strong English communication skills (Hindi preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Kochi
