Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Ernakulam. The Sales Support will be responsible for providing assistance to the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing sales documents, maintaining customer records, and providing after-sales support. This role involves client interaction and supporting the sales process.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Multilingual proficiency (Hindi is mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
