Travel consultant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel consultant based in Lahore District. The Travel consultant will be responsible for developing and managing travel bookings and itineraries, handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and advising clients on travel options. The role also includes negotiating with vendors, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Client Relationship Management
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry would be advantageous
• Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS), travel booking software, and itinerary planning
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with clients and vendors
• Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills for managing bookings and resolving concerns efficiently
• Problem-Solving Abilities and the capacity to address customer needs and handle unforeseen issues
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
