Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in the Islamabad Blue Area. In this role, the Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing personalized travel consulting and managing travel arrangements for clients. Key tasks include coordinating reservations, booking transportation and accommodations, offering exceptional customer service, and supporting the planning of both pilgrimage trips and international tours. The consultant will ensure seamless travel experiences by staying updated with travel regulations and offering expert guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, including knowledge of travel destinations, itineraries, and options
• Experience in Travel Management and handling Travel Arrangements for clients
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Reservations, ensuring client satisfaction and efficient booking processes
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple travel plans
• Familiarity with visa processing and international travel guidelines is a plus
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with travel booking systems and tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
