Job Description

We are a UAE-based travel company looking for a Travel Consultant to join our remote team in Egypt. The ideal candidate has experience in airline ticketing, customer handling, and travel systems, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle airline ticket bookings, modifications, reissues, and cancellations

• Work on GDS systems (Amadeus preferred)

• Assist customers with travel inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and calls

• Provide accurate fare information and travel solutions

• Follow company policies and procedures

• Coordinate with the internal team when needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or Ticketing Agent

• Experience using Amadeus GDS

• Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)

• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision

• Stable internet connection and personal laptop

Preferred Qualifications (Plus)

• Experience in UAE or GCC travel market

• Corporate or B2B ticketing experience

• Knowledge of fare rules and airline policies
