Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and organizing travel, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services.
- Provide expert advice on travel options, itineraries, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
- Handle booking and ticketing for flights, hotels, and other travel services using global distribution systems (GDS) or online platforms.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies, budgets, and client requirements.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person consultations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and travel partners.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and regulations.
- Resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a travel consultancy or related role.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of visa regulations, travel insurance, and health requirements is a plus.
