Travel Consultant – Sales & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Handle new and existing clients by offering tailored travel solutions
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right travel packages
• Create simple and customized domestic & international itineraries
• Manage bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and transfers
• Provide information on destinations, visas, and travel requirements
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for smooth operations
• Support customers throughout the journey — from inquiry to post-trip
• Promote travel packages, upgrades, and add-ons
• Handle changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for sales, travel, and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and fulfill client needs
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• 0–6 years (Freshers with strong interest in travel can apply)

Education

Bachelor’s degree / MBA

(Tourism Management preferred but not mandatory)

Salary & Benefits

₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month (fixed)

Unlimited incentives

• 10% salary hike after 6 months (performance-based)
• Mediclaim of ₹2,00,000 after 1 year
• PPF benefits after 1 year

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
