We are seeking a
Travel Agent & Concierge
to support a premium, app-enabled concierge service by managing travel bookings and lifestyle requests for members. This role is operational and client-facing, combining traditional travel agency responsibilities with concierge-style service delivery.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-driven, and comfortable handling multiple requests across travel, hospitality, and lifestyle support, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Travel Planning & Booking

Manage end-to-end travel bookings, including flights, hotels, transfers, and ground arrangements.

Create tailored itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and timelines.

Liaise with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and destination partners to secure availability and competitive rates.

Handle ticketing changes, cancellations, reissues, and travel-related problem solving.
Concierge & Lifestyle Support

Fulfil concierge requests related to dining reservations, leisure activities, events, and local experiences.

Coordinate restaurant bookings, venue reservations, and basic lifestyle arrangements.

Support VIP and last-minute requests under guidance from senior team members.

Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or high-profile requests.
Client Communication & Service Delivery

Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned members or clients.

Communicate clearly and promptly via app, email, phone, or messaging platforms.

Provide proactive updates and follow-ups to ensure a smooth client experience.
Operations & Administration

Accurately log and manage requests within the concierge platform or CRM system.

Track bookings, confirmations, invoices, and supplier documentation.

Support internal reporting on volumes, turnaround times, and service performance.

Follow defined service standards, escalation processes, and quality guidelines.
