Travel Consultant

HolidayBest Gulf is seeking a highly experienced travel professional to deliver exceptional travel experiences to our valued clientele. As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building strong customer relationships, crafting personalized itineraries, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HolidayBest Gulf clients, understanding their unique travel preferences and expectations.
  • Travel Planning and Booking: Develop and execute customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Sales and Upselling: Leverage your expertise to proactively promote HolidayBest Gulf’s travel packages and additional services, exceeding sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of HolidayBest Gulf’s product offerings, destinations, and industry trends.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Efficiently manage travel bookings, documentation, and invoicing.
