Provide expert insights into Dubai destinations

Assistance with Dubai Visa

Manage complete travel arrangements, including last-minute changes, cancellations, and on-trip support.

Deliver excellent customer service before, during Travel.

Stay updated on travel advisories, tourism trends, and destination developments.

Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients requiring UAE visa services.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to Tour & visa inquiries, documentation, and application status.

Build strong relationships with B2B travel agents, corporate clients, and resellers to promote repeat business.

Manage and resolve client complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of communication and transactions in CRM systems.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and support lead-conversion.

Stay up to date with UAE Tours & Visa regulations and industry trends.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in travel and tourism, hospitality or related field

Min. 2 years of experience in the travel & tourism industry.

Proficiency with online booking tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively.
