Visa Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Visa Consultant with strong knowledge of visa documentation and processing to join our abroad visa point office in Dubai. The ideal candidate will guide clients through visa requirements, ensure accurate documentation, and provide professional consultation for various countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on visa requirements, procedures, and eligibility
• Handle end-to-end visa documentation and file preparation
• Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities
• Maintain client records and follow up on application status
• Provide clear and professional customer support
• Stay updated with latest visa rules and immigration policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Visa Consultant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of visa documentation and application processes
• Experience with tourist, visit, work, study, and business visas (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in a travel agency or visa consultancy
• Multilingual candidates are a plus
• Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
