AJMAL MAKAN TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC - is currently seeking a Travel Consultant with UAE Travel industry experience to join our Dubai Head office. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and a passion for travel.Responsibilities:Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints. Provide expert advice on various destinations, with a focus on inbound/outbound options. Package Customization: Design and customize personalized holiday packages tailored to clients' specific needs and desires. Collaborate with the product and operations teams to create unique itineraries that include accommodation, transportation, activities, and special arrangements.Destination Knowledge:Stay updated on the latest travel trends, visa regulations, Provide clients with detailed information about local attractions, activities, and dining options. Sales and Customer Service: Handle inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process. Booking and Documentation: Manage the booking process, including reservations, ticketing, and documentation. Ensure accuracy in all booking details and documentation, keeping clients informed at every step.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and suppliers. Work closely with hotels, airlines, and local service providers to negotiate favorable terms and enhance the overall customer experience.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitive trends, and emerging destinations.
