Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international travel bookings (air tickets, hotels, tours)
• Advise clients on travel options, fares, schedules, and visa requirements
• Manage reservations, amendments, cancellations, and refunds
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

• Minimum [1–2] years of experience as a Travel Consultant (preferred)
• Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of visas and travel regulations
• MS Office and email proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
