Manager - Travel Department

Dawat-e-Islami Trust is seeking a qualified, experienced, and dedicated professional for the position of Manager – Travel Department. The role involves managing travel operations, coordinating international religious assignments, and ensuring all departmental activities comply with organizational and Shariah guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Travel Department operations
• Provide operational support and reporting to the General Manager
• Build, guide, and evaluate a competent departmental team
• Prepare eligible Islamic brothers for international religious travel
• Conduct or coordinate interviews for Muballigh, Imams, Mudarris, and related roles
• Manage documentation, permissions, visa, and ticket coordination
• Provide country-specific guidance to international travelers
• Conduct Madani Mashwara during assignments and review performance upon return
• Maintain schedules in Jadwal Software and ensure timely task execution
• Handle feedback, complaints, and departmental reporting
• Ensure Shariah compliance through designated authorities

Job Requirements

Education:

• Master’s Degree (Required)
• Dars-e-Nizami preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
