Location: i-9/2 Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Handling tele-sales to engage potential customers & driving sales.
  • Providing top-notch customer support and resolving inquiries.
  • Achieve sales targets and coordinate efforts with team members.
  • To make/receive calls on provided leads through different mediums and to mature sales from the assigned leads.
  • To provide complete information of the products as per customer query.
  • To complete all assigned tasks/targets timely and in a well-mannered way.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in tele sales.
  • Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in Travel & Tourism Sales Preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use your judgement and make decisions.
