Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Umrah packages, visa processing procedures, and travel-related services. The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be customer-oriented, and capable of handling travel inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel planning, reservations, and travel-related inquiries.
• Provide detailed information regarding Umrah packages, travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation.
• Process and manage Umrah, visit, tourist, and other visa applications accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, embassies, and travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, visa applications, and customer documentation. Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel documentation for clients.
• Follow up with clients regarding application status, travel requirements, and post-sales support.
• Stay updated on visa regulations, travel advisories, and Umrah-related policies.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth through excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a travel agency, Umrah services, or visa-processing role.
• Strong knowledge of Umrah procedures, visa documentation, and travel industry practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Strong customer service, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
