Job Description:

Devotion Tourism LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for travel and customer service, along with the ability to generate sales, convert inquiries into bookings, and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage personalized travel itineraries for clients, including flights, hotels, visas, tours, and other travel arrangements.
• Convert walk-in, online, and referral inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing competitive offers and tailored travel solutions.
• Actively promote travel packages, holiday deals, and value-added services to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Offer expert advice and cost-effective solutions based on client preferences and budgets.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat during business hours with a sales-oriented approach.
• Stay updated with travel trends, promotions, airline rules, visa requirements, and regulatory changes.
• Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and client requirements.
• Assist clients with any issues or emergencies during their travel journey.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and sales performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with at least 1 year of experience in Dubai.
• Hands-on experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and holiday packages.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma required; a degree in Travel & Tourism is preferred.
