Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Gurugram. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting clients on travel needs, handling travel reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include booking flights, accommodations, and other travel services, as well as ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Proficiency in handling Reservations and Customer Service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Globalware or similar travel booking software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
