About the Role

Waari.in is seeking a dynamic and target-driven GIT Sales Executive to promote and sell domestic and international group tours. This role focuses on converting leads, advising customers, closing bookings, and delivering a consultative sales experience aligned with Waari’s premium travel positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Group Inclusive Tour (GIT) packages for domestic and international destinations.
  • Handle incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
  • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable group tours.
  • Explain itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and payment schedules clearly.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for GIT products.
  • Coordinate with operations and product teams to ensure accurate information and smooth execution.
  • Maintain customer data, follow-ups, and booking status in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Upsell add-ons such as insurance, visa services, flights, seat upgrades, and optional excursions.
  • Handle post-booking customer coordination until tour departure.
  • Attend sales meetings, product trainings, and destination briefings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Travel & Tourism.
  • 3–5 years of experience in GIT sales / group tour sales.
  • Strong sales orientation with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (preferred).
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work with targets and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and basic travel documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
