Travel Consultant - Night Shift Onsite

Job Description

a US-basAd travel advisory company specializing in optimized economy, premium economy, and business-class travel for corporate and individual clients. Unlike traditional travel agencies, our focus is on travel analysis, comparison, and advisory rather than only ticket issuance.

They are looking for capable and motivated Travel Consultants to handle travel research, client advisory, booking support, and operational reporting. Depending on business needs, this role may also involve handling a high volume of inbound travel inquiries, calling potential customers, presenting options, and converting inquiries into bookings.

This position involves regular interaction with international (primarily US-based) clients and requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage operational workload efficiently.

This role equally involves structured operational responsibilities including expense documentation, Oracle-based reporting, receipt management, and internal travel analytics. The position requires both client-facing capability and disciplined financial documentation skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
  • Strong spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Strong attention to detail for financial documentation and reporting accuracy (mandatory)
  • Comfortable handling frequent phone calls and client conversations
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with online research, spreadsheets, and documentation
  • Willingness to work night shifts consistently (9 pm to 5 am)
  • Prior experience in travel, customer support, sales, hospitality, or working with international clients is a plus

Compensation & Contract

  • Independent contractor role with a US-based LLC
  • Initial 3-month training contract: PKR 125,000 per month
  • Post-training contract: PKR 150,000 – 155,000 per month, based on performance
  • Company will provide coworking office space and required work tools

Important Note

This role is suited for individuals who are comfortable with client-facing work, frequent calls, research-driven tasks, and operational responsibility, and who are interested in growing with a small but focused international company.

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze flight options to create customized travel solutions
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to understand requirements and explain options clearly
  • Handle high volumes of inbound travel inquiries, including frequent phone calls with potential customers
  • Present travel options, answer questions, and follow up to convert inquiries into bookings
  • Handle flight and hotel bookings when required
  • Collect, categorize, and reconcile travel receipts with credit card statements
  • Perform monthly expense and credit-card reporting using an Oracle-based system with high accuracy
  • Maintain structured financial documentation and support quarterly travel analytics reporting
  • Support internal cost analysis, cabin optimization comparisons, and route-based expense evaluation
  • Work across both client advisory and operational reporting functions as workload requires.
