Travel Consultant (Ticketing & Holidays Specialist)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all ticketing arrangements and designing memorable holiday packages for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage international and domestic flight ticket bookings with accuracy and efficiency
• Plan and organize tailored holiday itineraries, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues
• Keep abreast of industry trends, airline deals, and new travel products
• Maintain detailed records of bookings, payments, and client interactions

Requirements:-

• Proven experience in travel ticketing and holiday planning, with a minimum of 2 years in the travel industry
• Strong knowledge of airline booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and global travel procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of visa and documentation requirements
• Professional certifications like IATA/UFTAA preferred
