Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Travel Consultants to join our Visa & Ticketing team. The role focuses on handling online customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, calls, emails, and social media, and converting them into confirmed sales. The consultant will promote and sell services such as UAE tourist visas, visa extensions, visa change (A2A ), transit visas, and flight tickets. This is a target-driven role offering a fixed salary plus attractive incentives based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle online customer inquiries and leads received through various digital channels (calls, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media).
- Promote and sell UAE visa services including tourist visas, visa extensions, airport-to-airport (A2A) visa change, and transit visas.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, ticket reissuance, cancellations, and date changes.
- Convert online leads into confirmed bookings while achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with visa processing, ticketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide clear and accurate information on visa types, documentation, processing times, and related services.
- Maintain and update all customer data and transactions in the company CRM system.
- Follow up on pending leads and ensure high customer satisfaction through timely responses and support.
- Keep updated with UAE immigration rules, airline promotions, and product updates.
- Contribute to achieving departmental sales goals and company growth objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa or travel sales (preferably in the UAE).
- Good understanding of UAE visa processes, visa change (A2A and inside country), and ticketing procedures.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or other languages is a plus).
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Computer literate with experience using CRM and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed sales targets.
