Travel Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to manage and coordinate all travel arrangements for employees and guests. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, cost-effective, and compliant travel operations while handling both planned and urgent travel requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel logistics for employees and guests, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Ensure all travel documentation (visas, work permits, passports) is valid and compliant with destination country regulations.
  • Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and internal stakeholders to secure cost-effective and timely bookings.
  • Handle emergency and last-minute travel changes, including flight disruptions and urgent mobilizations.
  • Maintain accurate travel records, itineraries, and cost tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to company travel policies and client-specific requirements.
  • Support mobilization and demobilization processes for employees and remote site personnel.
  • Monitor travel budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in travel coordination, preferably within oil & gas or a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent travel changes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
