American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience and Epic proficiency for a 13-week rotating shift contract covering CT and X-ray duties across two facilities.

CT Scan unit position requiring work across two facilities, covering both CT and X-ray duties

Rotating 8- and 12-hour shifts, including rotating every other weekend with Friday and Saturday night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Weekday shifts are approximately 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM depending on the week

13-week contract

Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience required

Current BLS (AHA) required

MA state license required if applicable

Proficiency with Epic EMR required

Must be proficient in operating various CT equipment with strong knowledge of radiation safety and human anatomy

Strong patient communication and care skills required

Must be highly adaptable to quickly learn new protocols and work environments across multiple facilities

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for this position

Responsibilities include CT imaging, X-ray procedures, routine equipment checks, and patient record management

Must be able to collaborate effectively with new teams across different facility locations

COVID vaccine and booster, as well as flu vaccine, are required — medical exemptions are accepted

Flu vaccine documentation will be required during flu season

All previous employees of any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility (travel, permanent, or per diem) must have a 6-month break before being eligible for consideration

First-time travelers are not mentioned as eligible — 2+ years of experience is required
