Travel Desk Specialist

Job Responsibilities:


  • Arrange and manage domestic and international travel bookings including air tickets, hotels, transportation, and visas.
  • Negotiate and liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to secure the best rates and services.
  • Maintain and update travel itineraries, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with employees.
  • Assist employees with travel-related queries, changes, and emergency adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with company’s travel policies, budgets, and approval procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain travel expense reports, invoices, and documentation for finance and audit purposes.
  • Monitor travel trends and recommend cost-effective solutions and process improvements.
  • Coordinate group travel, conferences, and events, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Maintain records of frequent travelers, loyalty programs, and vendor contacts for efficiency.
  • Provide after-hours support for urgent travel issues when required.


Job Requirements:


  • Have previously created and implemented SOP’s regarding travel.
  • Must be proactively keep the internal and external stakeholders aligned for any sort of changes and delays.
  • Must be pro-efficient in Excel, Zendesk and other tools required to run the operations smoothly.
  • Experience: 2-4 Years of experience (maximum 2 years of Travel managing).
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in business administration.
