Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Travel & Finance Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting travel operations and financial processes, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day‑to‑day support for finance and travel inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
• Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, card processing, and other travel‑related services.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless operations and effective knowledge sharing.
• Maintain high service quality while adhering to company policies and industry standards.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in a travel agency or similar travel operations role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with flight bookings, ticket issuance, and travel‑related transactions.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to adapt quickly, handle multiple tasks, and embrace new challenges.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
