Role: Travel Operations

Location: Mumbai, Full-time

Role Summary

This role is focused on curating engaging domestic and international group tour itineraries, specifically tailored for senior citizens. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the travel industry, visa processes, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop detailed itineraries for senior citizen group tours.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors, hotels, and transport providers.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of and manage visa documentation and applications for group tours.

• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and proactively resolving issues.

• Coordinate with internal departments for the smooth execution of tour packages.

• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and travel regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.

• Demonstrated expertise in itinerary planning, vendor coordination, and visa processing.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage group travel logistics effectively.

• Knowledge of popular travel destinations suited for senior citizens.

• Proficiency in MS Office and travel software tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 per year
