American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient experience for a 13-week travel contract at a rural health facility in Ohio, providing 1-on-1 patient care across ortho, neuro, and a broad age range.

Outpatient-based position in a rural health setting with occasional floating to inpatient
-
Patient population includes orthopedic and neurological cases spanning ages 10–100
-
1-on-1 patient care model

Documents using Epic EMR

Clinic hours are 7am–7pm, Monday–Friday; no weekends, no holidays, and no call
-
Schedule is 36–40 hours/week with evening hours required; facility will work with candidate to determine the best schedule (3x12s, 4x10s, or variable 8s)

Active OH PT license required (license required if applicable)

Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required

Current BLS/BCLS certification required

Outpatient experience required

Strong clinical, documentation, customer service, and time management skills

Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility

Responsibilities include direct patient care, evaluation, and treatment across outpatient and occasional inpatient settings

Involves supervision and development of PT assistants involved in patient care

Candidates are expected to demonstrate high professional and ethical standards with a commitment to continuous development
