American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU/PICU experience for a night shift neonatal and pediatric critical care travel assignment in New Jersey.

Neonatal and pediatric critical care setting within a large university hospital system
-
Patient population includes neonatal critical care and pediatric patients
-
Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
-
Weekend requirement is every other weekend (Friday and Saturday)
-
May float between pediatric units and NICU, with possible floating to adult units on the main campus
-
Charting via Epic (experience preferred)
-
13-week assignment
-
Minimum 1.5 years of NICU and/or PICU experience required
-
Active NJ RN license or Compact license required at time of consideration, if applicable

Required certifications: BLS and NBRC; advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) are required but may be obtained on-site

Experience with Servo I & U ventilators and V60 BiPAP equipment
-
Experience with blood gas analysis, vent/BiPAP/high-flow initiation and management, code response, in-house transport, medication administration, and Chest PT
-
SSN and DOB required for consideration

Two current professional references required for consideration
