American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU/Pediatric experience for a 13-week night shift travel contract in a university hospital NICU setting.

NICU unit at a university medical center
-
Night shift: 7pm–7am, 3x12-hour shifts per week
-
NICU and pediatric patient population
-
Floating to other units is required
-
Every other weekend (EOW) work required

Must be available to work at least 50% of holidays during the contract

Cerner charting experience preferred but not required
-
13-week contract
-
Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience, with at least 1 year in NICU or pediatrics

NICU and/or pediatric experience required

Current certifications: PALS and NRP (candidates with one in hand and one pending may be considered)

Active MO or Compact RRT license required at time of consideration
-
Ability to ambulate, reach, and move objects weighing 20 lbs or more, with or without reasonable accommodation

2 references required for consideration

Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible; candidates within 75 miles may be considered at a reduced pay rate

Position operates in a 24/7 healthcare environment; rotating shifts, holiday coverage, and availability during inclement weather are expected
