Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a day shift position with on-call responsibilities, preferring candidates with neonatal and delivery room experience.

Details

• Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
• No scheduled overnight or weekend shifts; on-call coverage required for nights and weekends
• On-call responsibility rotates on a weekly basis
• Small respiratory therapy team with limited staff

Requirements

• Active RRT credential required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• PALS certification preferred but not required
• Experience in the delivery room, cesarean births, and/or neonatal care strongly preferred
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Candidates with neonatal and obstetric respiratory experience will be given preference during the selection process
• Position operates within a small department with a collaborative on-call rotation structure
