American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position in Northern Nevada, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ER experience, Cerner proficiency, and an active NV RN license.

Fast-paced Emergency Department treating a diverse patient population including urgent care, psych, pediatric, and critical care/trauma patients
-
Nurses manage critical care skills including medication titrations, arterial lines, mass transfusion of blood, and chest tube management
-
Cerner EMR experience required
-
13-week assignment with 36 hours per week

Schedule is three 12-hour night shifts per week

Active NV RN license required (no pending licenses accepted)

Minimum 2 years of ER experience in a U.S. hospital required

Required certifications (AHA only): BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH Stroke Scale

CPI certification required for this position

Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program required

BSN highly desired

Cerner EMR experience required

Two manager or supervisor references preferred, verifying experience within the previous 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer
