Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg position on a Pulmonary & Medical Overflow unit in Evansville, Indiana, requiring at least 1 year of experience and an active IN or compact RN license.

Details

• Medical-Surgical unit (6 South) in an acute care hospital setting
• Pulmonary and Medical Overflow patient population
• 22-bed unit with a 1:4–5 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Night shift: 18:45–07:15 (approximately 12.5-hour shifts)
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active IN or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required — must be AHA-issued
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Valid US Social Security Number and US home address required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration
• Skills checklist required for consideration

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates residing within the facility's radius may be subject to a reduced pay rate
