Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Med/Surg position in Hot Springs, AR, requiring 1-2+ years of experience and AHA-certified ACLS and BLS.

Details

• Med/Surg unit in a hospital setting with 40 beds
• Specialty focus includes Med/Surg and Orthopedics
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Day shift, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Floating is required
• EMR: Meditech
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active AR RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• AHA-issued certifications required: ACLS and BLS
• Minimum 1-2+ years of Med/Surg RN experience
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• Candidate must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates and eligibility

Additional Information

• Navy scrubs required
• Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment
• New hire orientation is held on a bi-weekly schedule
