Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring a minimum of 2 years of RN experience, Epic proficiency, and remote telemetry monitoring experience.

Details

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit in a hospital setting, with a primarily medical/surgical patient population
• Remote telemetry monitoring is performed on this unit
• Patient ratio is 1:5-6
• Schedule is days, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
• Floating to all system campuses as needed for patient care
• Epic EMR experience is required

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Remote telemetry monitoring experience required
• Charge RN experience preferred
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration
