Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a travel contract requiring craniotomy and burr hole experience across neuro/spine, ortho/trauma, and general/robotics surgical specialties.

• Hospital Operating Room setting
• Surgical specialties include neuro/spine, ortho/trauma, and general/robotics/trauma cases
• Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM), Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Call and late days required as needed
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active TX RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Craniotomy and burr hole experience required
• OR experience across neuro/spine, ortho/trauma, and general/robotics surgical services required
• 2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration

Additional Information

• The facility conducts its own drug screening upon arrival, which includes marijuana — a positive result is an automatic cancellation with no exceptions; candidates should avoid anything that could cause a positive result, including CBD products, prior to and upon arrival
• Candidates must reside more than 150 miles from the facility to qualify for this position
