Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position requiring BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, with experience in pediatric and GYN cases.

Details

• Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) setting within a medical center
• Experience with pediatric and GYN patient populations required
• 10-hour rotating day/evening shifts
• Cerner EMR experience is preferred

Requirements

• Active RN license valid in Vermont (VT); any state license accepted, but VT licensure must be applied for upon acceptance
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Dysrhythmia testing required for consideration
• Prior PACU experience required, including pediatric and GYN cases

Additional Information

• Orientation is held on a biweekly basis
• Schedule requests are subject to manager approval
• Local candidates are not accepted for this position
• Having a personal vehicle is strongly encouraged, as public transportation is not accessible in the area
