Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position at an acute care facility in Marion, NC, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and a valid NC or compact RN license.

• Position is in the Acute Care Services / Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
• Current NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification required for PCU RNs
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in a PCU or similar acute care specialty
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
